We set a clear goal. To provide our business customers with real service. From start to finish: from the complaint through the repair itself to detailed repair reporting and analytics. Based on the principle of shared capacities of our technicians and contractors, we can optimize driving distances to customers or pick up the product and bring it to us for service. This saves them time and money.

Through our own SW solution and dispatching centre, we manage service orders, simplify administration and enable continuous monitoring of repair statuses by customers. Thanks to our experience, we achieve a high percentage of repairability. We follow the principles of circular economy.

What regions do you operate in?

We have technicians all over the country, we can repair products at customers' premises or have them brought in by shipping companies. We are also starting to operate in Slovakia and Austria.

Can anyone become a repairman?

We accept all professional technicians or small businesses, they must be licensed to operate in their assigned areas. For example, the appropriate ordinance is required for electrical. Simply register on our database, we will then enter into a contract with you, register you on the system, or send you for training and you can start repairing.

Can I order a repair from you as an end customer?

RepairSys is for business customers only. In the Czech Republic, the website is available for end customers www.opravarna.cz. In other countries, we are preparing the application for end customers.

Service 1200 CZK/hour.
Travel 15 CZK/km
Prices include VAT.
Diagnostics always count, even if the device can't be repaired in the end and is paid for upfront.
For more complex diagnostics 700 CZK, for simpler ones 500 CZK.
6 months repair warranty.
